DECOMPRESSION, HOW IT WORKS
The most common root cause of neck or low back pain can be traced back to a specific Intervertebral Disc injury where disc material will herniate backwards and impinge nerve roots. Disc Decompression Therapy will gently distract the spine in waves which causes a negative pressure within the disc and will overtime suck the herniated disc material back into the middle of the disc and also increases the overall disc height stopping arthritis and disc degeneration in it’s tracks
